Spartan Construction completed a full replacement of the existing dated pavilion at Griffin Park in Monmouth Beach, NJ. The project included demolition of the old gazebo structure and construction of a new ADA accessible pavilion designed to improve public use, accessibility, and the overall appearance of the waterfront park setting.

The new pavilion features an open-air layout, durable exterior finishes, a bright blue metal roof, accessible concrete walkways, railing systems, and shaded seating areas for residents and visitors to enjoy. The completed structure provides a refreshed gathering space that complements the surrounding playground, walking paths, and waterfront landscape.

Project included:

  • Demolition and removal of the existing dated pavilion/gazebo
  • Full replacement with new ADA accessible pavilion structure
  • Concrete slab, walkways, and accessible ramp access
  • ADA compliant railing system
  • New covered seating and picnic area
  • Standing seam metal roofing system
  • Exterior trim, siding, columns, and architectural finishes
  • Site grading and restoration around the new pavilion
  • Landscape bed installation and park-area improvements
  • Coordination within an active public park environment
